A CASE FOR SUPPORTING CAREGIVING
The demand for professional caregiving is an international phenomenon. No nation and no person is without the need of caregiving services. At the beginning of life, a caregiver helps bring you into the world. Throughout life, a caregiver supports your health. And at the end of life, a caregiver will ease your pain as you pass to the next chapter… The Christopher Smith Foundation (CSF) is dedicated to supporting these special, hardworking individuals to advance their interest in this honorable field and revitalizing their enthusiasm by ensuring they feel unconditionally appreciated.
CSF and its’ proud volunteers and grateful family members have firsthand experience witnessing the lifesaving work bestowed upon vulnerable citizens who live with profound disabilities. Like Christopher himself, who has lived a life of trust in the loving hands of many caregivers due to his significant disabilities and illnesses. He lived a full and meaningful life and surpassed every expectation because he received exceptional care from warm loving people. Christopher’s loving family created the CSF to express their heartfelt gratitude on his behalf, and to commemorate his impact on the lives he touched across the globe by placing a spotlight on the caregiving community.
